Commuter Rewards Begin May 1, 2005
Commuter Rewards . . . a new program that rewards commuters who carpool, ride transit, vanpool, telework, bicycle or walk to work. The concept is simple: Clean up your commute. Log your commute. Earn cash. Win prizes.

Currently driving alone to work?
Make a change to a commute alternative and earn $3 per day, up to $180 over
three months. Cash for Commuters registration runs from May 1 - September 30.
Already using a commute alternative?
Start tracking your efforts and earn the chance to win monthly Commuter Prizes
of $25 and Spotlight Awards of $100. The more you use a commute alternative,
the greater your chances of winning.
Currently Carpooling? Carpools with
three or more people can earn monthly gas cards for up to 12 consecutive months
through Carpool Rewards. The more carpool partners you have, the bigger
the reward:

Carpools with
three people can earn a $20 gas card each month (up to $240 over 12 months). Through 31 Dec 2005 receive MORE with CobbRides Supplement á á
Carpools with five or more people can
earn a $40 gas card each month (up to $540 over 12 months). Through 31 Dec 2005 receive MORE with CobbRides Supplement Brought to you byÉ Commuter Rewards is a region-wide program drawing on the
strengths of the nine organizations in metro Atlanta working to reduce traffic
congestion by increasing the use of commute alternatives. These organizations
include The Clean Air Campaign, BATMA, the Clifton Corridor TMA, CobbRides, Commuter
Club, Downtown TMA, the Hartsfield Area TMA, Midtown Transportation Solutions
and the Perimeter Transportation Coalition. Commuter Rewards partner
organizations may provide additional prizes and rewards for commuters who live
and work in their areas. For more
information on incentives local to Buckhead, Emory, Town Center,
Cumberland/Galleria, Downtown Atlanta, Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, Midtown
Atlanta or the Perimeter area, please visit the TMA in your area. To Get Started in Carpool Rewards: 1) Download the Carpool Rewards Application. 2) Read the Rules of
Eligibility and Participation Guidelines. 3) Return your
completed application by mail. Only completed applications received by mail
will be accepted. In less than three weeks you will receive notice of your acceptance into
the Carpool Rewards program. At that time, your carpool will be given a
distinct Carpool ID, which must be used by each carpooler when logging each
commute. Failure to do so will result in commutes not being counted
towards a monthly gas card.
